Pre-Order Terms

Westbreeze products are currently available for pre-order, with expected shipping in August 2026. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving inventory before it becomes available.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your item ships for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us at support@westbreezetravel.com and we’ll take care of it.
Please note: if there are changes to the expected shipping timeline, including potential delays due to manufacturing, logistics, or changes in import tariffs, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States only.
International shipping will be available in future releases.

Free U.S. shipping is included as part of our launch offer.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once inventory is available.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened and unused

Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer without purchasing Checkout+ coverage.

Warranty

Westbreeze products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty includes defects such as:

Faulty zippers

Tears caused by missing or incorrect security tacks

Other defects related to materials or workmanship

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping and replacement costs are covered by us.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or improper care

Accidental damage

Airline handling damage

Modifications or alterations

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a return here, and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact support@westbreezetravel.com
