Returns & Warranty

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

During this time, any item that is unopened and unused may be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

Westbreeze products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers issues such as:

• Faulty zippers
  
• Tears caused by missing or incorrect security tacks
  
• Other defects related to materials or workmanship
  

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, return shipping and replacement costs are covered by us.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, airline handling damage, or modifications.
